Iberian acorn-fed chorizo is made from select cuts of Iberian acorn-fed pork. The meat is minced to a size suitable for this format and seasoned with Pimentón de la Vera, garlic, olive oil and spices. Stuffed in natural casing and cured for a minimum of 3 months.
